Thanks to Social Media, through a new Facebook application, the users will be able to choose from four of the underwater settings and be able to place their face from a person photo.  Users of Facebook will also be able to share through the sites newsfeeds and implant the image within in their profile.  If you would like to save the images they can be saved to a “Let’s all join fins” photo album, so you can also share the picture with friends and family.

Coca-Cola was the one who launched this campaign through Facebook and social media optimization, to raise awareness of Earth month.  This will help ocean conservancy, and one of the oldest and also one of the largest marine preservation organizations in the U.S.

Thanks to Coca-Cola and Facebook, for every person that uses the new photo application Coca-Cola will donate $1 with the cut off at $200,000 to help maintain ocean conservancy.  The marine program helps to identify policies to preclude trash from reaching the ocean and water ways.

It doesn’t cost you anything to use the photo app, but it does help with the pollution of the ocean.  You would be donating a dollar to this fund without it coming out of your pocket.  Putting your app into one of the settings is pretty fun and you get to show all your friends, so if you get a chance I would try it.
