Tweets Ruining business?

Do business or even you have a plan for when your customers or prospects Tweet your pricing?  Customers have figured out that their voice can be very powerful with the new media tools such as Twitter.  The customers can now give major headaches to the companies with a click of a mouse.

The business will not be able to keep their prices in the dark. Next thing that you know not only is your pricing being talked about but so is your employees and your brand, it will turn into the deep end of the Web. You are one tweet away from a PR mess.

Can you blame the Tweeters?  The marketplace is more associated and energetic.  The decision makers and influencers have more resources to help them make good decisions.  But what happens when all of your dark secrets such as the pricing get out there on Twitter?  You have to start making everyone happy especially if the tweets start getting bad.  The next thing you know you have to start changing everything about your company.  If your tweets are good then you should probably keep doing what you were doing to begin with.
