There are steps hat need to be take for this monthly process to get it done right.  Some of the steps that need to be taken are all on you and how your web design was built, and organized.  I can give you 4 steps for the basic structure and details for getting started.  Now this will not speed up your process, but it will help out with your ranking status.

  1. Getting Started: Finding your topic to start your SEO marketing.  Think about what your website is promoting and find your targeted audience. Get to know them a little more to see what topics they are researching. If you already have this done then you may skip this step. But you also need to take your topic seriously with high not low expectations.  Remember your ranking in a search engine site is what increases how many viewers you get to your web page.
  1. Keyword Generation: SEO Keyword Density is the most crucial step.  You need to choose a keyword that best describes your topic. Now don’t just take it out of your topic.  This goes back to knowing what age bracket you are targeting.  If you need help trying to figure out your keyword for your search engine here are a few web sites to check out. KeywordDiscovery.com, wordtracker.com, and you can also check out Google’s keyword suggestion too
  1. Take at least 5 keywords down just in case and check them up against your competitors and get a better idea of what keyword you should probably use.  Here are websites that you can check out for this seodigger.com, googspy.com, compete.com, and keycompete.com.
  1. Create Pages: Search engines don’t actually rank websites they actually rank individual web pages, also known as your copy written content, so make sure that every page of your website is engine and user friendly.  Each page f your website should contain unique title tags that include the target keywords that you found.  Search engines look for these title tags all the time they use it as a primary indicator of what your web page is about. So its important you have them. Using a selection of header tags (HTML tags) lets the search engine spiders know that the information of this txt is of certain important’s. Use the txt modifiers to emphasize certain txt blocks such as bolding, italicizing, and underlining.
  1. Basic Web Site Structure: By submitting a site map to the search engines is a sure way for them to find all of your content.  This is also where you need to include on your website both the Company information an the Privacy page to establish trust and to establish credibility to your visitors and search engines marketing testimonials are a great source as well.

Now that you understand what needs to be done with your website and how to do it, your webpage should look better.  This will help out a lot with ranking.  You always want an excellent looking and organized site, other wise people don’t understand much about your what you are doing and who you are.
