Why Every Website Needs Content

Content Creation:
The Internet has come along way since it’s early beginning. People believed that it was just a phase that would soon pass and they would never have use for it anyway. Ask these same people today and I guarantee their story has changed.
The Internet has become the most powerful source for researching and retrieving useful information. With this in mind, entrepreneurs and well established business owners have turned a majority of their attention to making a strong presence in the Internet.
How can you accomplish this huge task? First, you need a full proof strategy which should include building a website for your company and having a way to display your products or services to visitors.

Second, you want your website to not only portray a very clean look and feel but also be user friendly. Is that all it takes to get visitors and start a buzz around your products & services? Definitely not. To keep new visitors coming and old visitors returning, you need something I like to call the Holding Interest Effect “H.I.E”. You might find that term funny but it’s exactly like it sounds.
You need to hold your visitors interest, so you need a plan. What can you do to keep them coming? The answer is content. Unique updated content that refreshes your website. Starting with the fact that people not only want to see your products and services on the website, but they want more information.
Here is a list of examples:

1. Detailed information about the products or service you provide
2. “About us” – who you are and what is your business model is
3. Products & Service reviews
4. Customer Comments
5. “FAQ” – Frequently Asked Questions
6. Products & Service updates
7. Important news and information

I would suggest using a blog platform to communicate information and updates to clients. By constantly having new content for visitors will keep them interested in coming back and the search engines will favor websites that creates fresh new content.
Requirements:

1. “Content Management System” – a blog to integrate with your website
2. “RSS Feed” – for subscribing to your website to check for new information
3. “Feed Burner” – to track statics
4. “Join Newsletter List” – so clients can receive daily, weekly or monthly updates about your website to their email
5. “Miro-Blog Community” – for example, Twitter, which allows people to follow you
6. “Social Bookmarketing plugin so people can bookmark your website using their favorite bookmarking service.

These five requirements will elevate your website to new levels and help your website become a reliable source for information. And maybe even a leader in the industry.

It is critical to use a solid method when promoting your business via social bookmarking. There is no point in trying to add hundreds of bookmarks in just one day and then doing nothing the next month. With an automatic software you can submit bookmarks every day across a wide variety of websites. This will look much more natural to the search engines making your traffic numbers more consistent.
