An interview with our Social Media Sales Manager – Erik Riley

1. Q: How long have you worked at FutureRanking?

A: I’ve worked at FutureRanking for two and a half years.

2. Q: What are some of your goals as a sales manager?

A: Making sure all employees are staying on task and meeting goals. I also want to focus on making sure employees have a positive attitude in the workplace.

3. What inspired you to get into sales?

A: One of the biggest reasons was commission. I like being able to control how much I can make, knowing that I’m not limited to a certain rate or hourly wage.

4. Q: What aspects do you enjoy about working in social media?

A: I really enjoy being part of a growing industry that’s always changing. I personally use social media everyday and enjoy reading and learning about new social media applications and tools.

5. Q: What activities do you enjoy outside of work?

A: I’m a big sports player and like playing basketball and football. I also enjoy hanging out with friends & family as well as working on my Dodge Charger.

6. Q: What are you looking forward to this summer?

A: I look forward to seeing extended family on the East Coast, nice weather and barbequing.
